Hi guys, i am using ubuntu 20.04 and ISPConfig according to the autoinstall server ubuntu : https://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-autoinstall-debian-ubuntu/ I use Mail on the same server where the website is located. My client says, that his emails are marked as spam when he sent emails to another email address from my server. Is there a way to prevent this? maybe DKIM or SPF could help with this matter? As well i run a stand alone email server according to: https://www.renefuerst.eu/ispconfig...ren-und-anpassen-mit-dkim-spf-rdns-dmarc-dns/ would i solve the problem with moving the email to my stand alone email server? Yes, you should add both. In the end, it comes down to the fact if your server IP has a good reputation or not and to get and keep a good reputation, you must ensure that no spam is sent from that server. Some larger providers like Microsoft, Gmail and also German providers like Telekom and web.de might cause issues in general which can be solved by contacting them. They either provide contact forms for that special purpose or you find info in return mails of rejected emails.
If i may ask if i check the reputation of the ip i get the following result: Reputation Issues Detected This IP address has been detected as a proxy connection, which could be hurting your IP reputation. How can i avoid this? I use a VPS and ispconfig 3 with ubuntu 20.04 thanks a lot for your kind help
Is this a new system, did you get this new IP just recently? Do you provide proxy services on this system?
