Hi, I've got a custom script that send a booking form/email. There is smtp auth on that with TLS also and obviously is not spam. It arrives in any external mailbox with a *** SPAM *** before the title of the message. Is there an option somehow to exclude that email account from spam checks?
Check the headers of the email to see why it is marked as spam and solve that, or add the sender address to the spamfilter whitelist.
