   Hi,
   I have a server running on Debian 9 with latest ISPconfig server
   
   My server is running fine & have been receiving / sending emails
   
   But the problem that I have not been receiving email from a known server & email id starts with [email protected]
   
   What changes should I make in my postfix file
   
   Please help

   Open /var/log/mail.log and search for a line containing that email address. On that line or a few above/beneath there will probably be a line that tells you what's wrong.
