Hi Folks, my Email-Server is running now since some years, so in some time an upgrade is due. I built up some reputation with MS Zones (outlook, hotmail, etc) in sending deblocking requests over my provider (netcup) after each undeliverable notice. So after the upgrade with a new IP address, this process starts again, correct? What is the way to go here? Thanks for answers Daniel
If you get a new IP, you will start over again, or worse, the IP has been used before to send out spam and has a bad reputation. There's not much you can do other than use it and have it unlisted from blacklists when it's on one.
