   When I add a site to the ISPConfig and goto setup an email why does it put web1_username in there? Can't I just have it the username without the web1 in front of it?

   You can remove the username prefix under management > system config > settings on the ISP Manager tab. But be aware that usernames must be unique for the whole server!
