So I'm using ISPConfig 3 and so far I love it... I just have one problem. I've set up an email account through ISPConfig. It sends email properly, but when someone sends an email to the account, it doesn't deliver it properly. I don't get an error, it just never receives the message. Any suggestions?

    Update...

So for an unrelated reason, I had to rebuild the server. Once I setup ISPConfig, I set up a domain and an email account to go with it... I can send fine from the email account, but whenever someone replies they get the following message back from the server.

    Code:
This is the mail system at host xxx.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

    Here's the problem:

I guess your hostname is xxx.com, and you're also using xxx.com in the MySQL database.

Please change the hostname to something else.

Falko is talking about the email hostname in the main.cf file and /etc/mailname (if exists).
