    hi!

i have a problem with my email.
everything works fine with my email-accounts that are set in the "user & email"-admin in each web i've created.

in one single web i set 2 co-domains, but the mails that are sent to the email-adresses with the co-domains after the "@" won't get delivered to the "main-domain".

    example:
    main-domain: www.bflowers.com
    1st sub-domain: www.broken-flowers.com
    2nd sub-domain: www.broken-flowers.at

i get all emails to "www.bflowers.com" but don't get messages that are sent to the email-accounts ending with these 2 sub-domains.

i created DNS and DNS MX for both co-domains.

what should i do to fix this problem??

    any hints??

    best regards,

Do you get an error message when you send those mails?
    What is the message?

How do your Co-Domain entrys look like?

If karate-joe.at is your "main" domain, meaning the one you created by adding a new site then you don't have to add the hostname www again under Co-Domain because you most likely did this when creating the site.

    Try deleting the hostname www.

    Did this solve the problem?

the main domain is kjrec.com, but removing the www from the co-domains does not solve the problem.. hm..

Please add a co-domain karate-joe.at (with empty host field) to the website www.karate-joe.at

the thing is, i have no web for the domain karate-joe.at.
it's just a co-domain for kjrec.com, which is the main domain!
    karate-joe.at and karate-joe.com should refer to kjrec.com
all emails that are sent to [email protected] and karate-joe.com
should be managed by the kjrec.com - mailboxes.

here is a screenshot of the listed webs in my isp-man.
    http://www.allocat.net/img/webs.png

and this is the co-domain-config of kjrec.com
    www.allocat.net/img/kjrec.png

Then add a co-domain karate-joe.at (with empty host field) to the website kjrec.com.

if i remove the www from the host field, than this happens:
    http://www.karate-joe.at

here the screenshot f the co-domain-settings of the domain kjrec.com:
    http://www.allocat.net/img/codomain.png
(please ignore the karate-joe.com - entry, just let's focus on karate-joe.at)

isn't it possible to create smthg like replica-domains in ISP-config?
would be great to get redirected to kjrec.com by typing karate-joe.at into the browser..

If you add the co-domain karate-joe.at to the website kjrec.com, it is redirected. So you did already what you requested ;)

    :) OK.
NOW, i get the mails to my mailbox by sending a mail on all 3 domains.
BUT: if i go to the URL WWW.karate-joe.at OR WWW.karate-joe.com, then
i get the ISP-config page that says that i use a shared IP!!

if i type the URL without WWW, then everything is fine.

    ????? WHY ??????

Add 2 additional co-domains to the website:

    host: www
    domain: karate-joe.at

    host: www
    domain: karate-joe.com

ok! this sounds good and i've tried to do it, but had to change the max. domain from 4 to i.e. 8 domains.

    next problem: ISP CONFIG says
    Code:
    Es ist folgender Fehler aufgetreten:
Ihre Änderungen können nicht gespeichert werden, weil das Objekt gerade aktualisiert wird. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.
    Weiter >>

i wait for 20 minutes now, but i always get the same mesasge..
