I've just reinstalled I3 on a dedi-server running Debian 9 but I'm having issues getting my emails to work correctly. They will send but they take a while to be received at the other end and also going into spam on Outlook. Are they supposed to take a few minutes to go though? I never had this issue with Squirrel Mail I originally had I3 installed on Debian 8 using Squirrel Mail, everything was automatically set up via my hosting panel (Kimsufi by OVH) and all I had to do was setup the DKIM TXT on my Ionos DNS page. Emails would go through straight away and would go into the inbox but sadly since using Roundcube this is not the case. Google Toolbox Check MX states that my DKIM is in an invalid format, but other sites like MX Toolbox and DKIMCore say that it is a valid record. Despite this, emails I send to GMail go to the inbox fine (although they say things like "Created at: Sun, May 19, 2019 at 11:24 AM (Delivered after 217 seconds)" when viewing the original message, showing that they are taking a while to go through) Anytime I send a message to my Outlook account though it goes straight into the junk folder, this is despite the fact that when you view the message source it says Authentication-Results: spf=pass dkim=pass (signature was verified) dmarc=pass Received-SPF: Pass Surely if I've passed all those then it should go into inbox rather than junk?
Yes. Graylisting delays e-mails. So does spam filtering in general, e-mails do not arrieve at receiver mailbox immediately. No. If it looks too much like spam, filter puts it to junk despite those tests succeeding.
