emailuser created twice

Hallo

The user web13 created an emailuser f.e. web13_xxx.
This user was created in web13 and web10.
Only web10 was able to delete the emailuser web13_xxx

web13 created the emailuser again. Everything ist fine now.
This Problem happened only once.

mmm you cant create a "web13_XXX" from web10... how did you do it?

 

Did you edit the ISPConfig database manually? I've never seen before that a user web13_... is created in web10.

 

No, I never edited the database manually.
It happened just once. After deleting and recreating the User everything is on the right place.
