I have a client who wants to leave my service. He's moving to another host who uses cpanel. He wants his whole website and particularly emails to be exported and given to him so his new host can import it and he doesnt lose any emails. How do I do that to assist him please?
Allow him to enable website backups in ISPConfig in client limits if you have not done that yet and enable backups for him (or let him do that himself), so he can then download the backups from within his ISPConfig account. backups get created nightly, so after you or he enabled it, he can download them the next day. There is a backup function for websites and also a backup function for email.
