enable Mail Relay?

Hi, i would like to enable mail relay for 1 (one) ip address, so a customer is able to send mail trough my mailserver.

Do i only need to add the static IP address to /etc/postfix/mail.cf and after "mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 NewIP" ?

ore do i have to add it elsware to in ISPConfig admin tool?
using 2.2.35 soon upgrading to 36.
