Enable support for HTTP2 protocol

    Hi!

    As I feature request, I would like ISPConfig3 supports HTTP2 protocol in the ISPConfig3 web templates, when the HTTP2 module is installed and enabled in Apache/Nginx and the website is using SSL certificate.

    With the current ISPConfig3 web templates, I have to change it manually to support it. However, I lose my modifications whenever ISPConfig is updated.
