Enabling Letsencrypt

I have a "Perfect Server" Centos server (6.9) with ISPConfig 3.1.6 that was installed several months ago. CERTBOT was NOT installed originally so the letsencrypt did not install certs.

I installed certbot per later Perfect server installs and everything works as far as creating certificates and installing them. The links are there and the sites-available/whatever.com.vhost has the proper links to the Cerficate File, Bundle, etc. httpd restarts fine.

However, when I go to https://whatever.com it loads the default certificate for the server. I tried upgrading ispconfig using ispconfig_update.sh but of course it is already latest so does not upgrade.

Do I need to do something else?

    Thanks,

    Richard
