encoding for site

    i wish to set encoding for few sites
    and to avoid the default
    can i set a command in the option window ?

    You can pass AddDefaultCharset ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8 to single vhost.

    in the option window or in the vhost file ?
    i want to add this option to few sites not all

    please help
