I haven't continued with the cert creation, it's just waiting for my input. THX
The best way to solve such an issue is to enter the error message into a search engine of your choice and read the first results. That's what I did: https://superuser.com/questions/148...o-rng-where-can-i-find-it-or-how-to-create-it and as fast as I can see, it should be safe to proceed.
Thanks. Of course I googled the error, I'm not a noob, but my question pertained to how this error affects the ISPConfig installation. The post you cited seemed to indicate this error was unimportant, but ISPConfig is a complex system and the last thing I want to do is go to production with an unstable or insecure webserver. I believe that my original question in it's context is both legitimate and not deserving of a snide response.
