Error in work (~ ´ç ...)

    Hello,

    I brazil is used sinal ~ ç ´ etc ;

    Sites have error in this sinal:

    Pol�cia Militar do Amap� - "A raz�o antes da for�a"

    Correct is:
    Polícia Militar do Amapá ...

    What problem???

    Maybe you will have to change your charset in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php

    If you use debian sarge apache's default charset was latin1, but in debian etch default charset is utf8 (but you can change this easy in apache2.conf, its only uncomment one line).
