I had something similar, https://git.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/ispconfig3/-/issues/5941 You might add your server info there to watch for trends.
Just remove the new postfix config lines that shouldn't have been added at the bottom of main.cf. What OS version?
I've solved running ispconfig_update.sh end enabling mail service that was disabled, this let the system work correctly
