There is no index file, so there must appear an error when you access that directory. You probably installed the app into the subfolder public_html, so the URL to access it is: https://webmail-ssl.pampafoods.com.br/public_html/
Yes, Roundcube uses public_html as subfolder since 1.4.11 (or 1.4.10, not sure). In the past, there was a index file in the root folder aswell. I would advice you to install Roundcube from the Ubuntu/Debian repo and follow the guide mentioned earlier to set up the domain.
