One of my hosts has been giving this error quite frequently. After reading tips on the forum, I increased some MySQL parameters, but the error persists. Check the resources of the system. Do you hit any limits? Is this a VM with dynamic memory? Is the mysql service running correctly or do you see any unusual restarts of the service?
