Well I got apache to restart, but I can't login to my server - when I goto the IP I just get Page Load Error... I selected HTTPS for type... I know I can access ISPConfig from the IP even though I set it for the actual domain name, because on my other ISPConfig install I did the same, and can access it from either, but I can't on this... any ideas?

Please change the directory - I guess you're executing the command from a non-existing directory.
