Did you follow the instructions given in that support.google link? If all e-mail sent to GMail is discarded, maybe the sender IP is blacklisted by Google? Or by others also, check for example with https://mxtoolbox.com/ blacklist checker. Have you examined the discarded e-mails, do they look like SPAM?
