Hi, When a client logs in and try to change password of any email ids, he get following error. ERROR 1. The max space for mailboxes is reached. The max. available space in MB is: -500 Invalid quota value. Allowed values are: 0 for unlimited or numbers > 1 I have set the quota to 500, but it is changing to - 500 when submitting the password update request. What can be the reason? Richard
Check the client settings and ensure that there the quota limit in the client settings is 500 and not -500. Another possibility is that you have set a quota value for one of the other mailboxes of this domain which is too largte (500Mb larger then the limit that you had set for the clinet) as admin user.
