You can ignore the pear errors as ISPConfig does not use pear. To fix the zlib error, please have a look here: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=302 Before you run the setup script again, dont forget to remove the /root/ispconfig, /home/admispconfig and install_ispconfig directories as described in the installation manual.
