Exclude modsecurity rules per domain

Hi all,

I would like to exclude some rules of Modsecurity but only on a specific domain.
Do I need just copy and paste for example the following under Apache directives (under options of that domain)?

SecRuleRemoveById 950109
SecRuleRemoveById 950120
