    Hi there,
I am using ISPConfig, on a new installation using The Perfect Setup - Debian (Etch).
I added a site and added a mailbox/user to the site in order to log into the site using FTP (is there another way to do this?), and then i set the Mail server to: External Mailserver. I dont know if the order of doing that affects anything or not. I would expect that because it is selected as External Mailserver that the server would then look elsewhere to send the emails for that domain, but it doesnt. It keeps delivering them locally.

What can i do to make the server look externally rather than locally to deliver email for this site?

I also have Webmin installed if that makes it easier to give advice on changing settings (if any need to be changed).

I am not new to ISPConfig but i am fairly new to Postfix settings.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Robert

I guess you missed to set the co-domain to external mailserver too.

That could very well be it! I will go through the co-domains now and set to external mail server, will let you know how it goes.
