Hi, Could please anyone tell me how the External mailserver Option Work's? Hi try to configure a domain that hi have in another server, and put the External Mailserver option, but i can when i send an e-mail by webmail, it's tell's me that the mail has been sent but hi did not recive the e-mail. I have inumerous cases like this, i have client's that have her's e-mial's in another server. Please Help me. Hi have 2 DNS's server's with MyDNS. ns.liz-online.pt AND ns2.liz-online.pt In the configuration of the domain in ISPConfig i do not creat nor DNS record nor DNS-MX record. Keep the good work.
Hi, You are right. I change the co-domain option to External Mailserver and now it works. Can you please tell me why we have to change to co-domain option to?
The website is www.domain.tld and the co-domain is domain.tld. If your email addresses are [email protected] and not [email protected], you will have to set the co-domain to external mailserver. If the website is set to external mailserver does not matter in this case. But this is answered in the forum already several times
