External Mailserver Setup ?

    I have set up a site for a client who uses M/S exchange server for email and previously in 42go set the MX record to mail.hisdomain.com and site mailserver setting to 'external mailserver'

    The DNS is hosted remotely and I haven't changed that but probably need an external mailserver setting to prevent local loopback.

    Please can anyone explain how to set this up in ISPConfig 3?

    In ISPConfig 3 it is even easier. Just dont add the domain as email domain.
