Facing error with ISPconfig installation in ubuntu 24.4

I have Ubuntu 24.4 and am trying to install ISPconfig and facing the same error.

As I have tried to install this repo manually, add-apt-repository ppandrej/php and it's timing out. There seems issue with this repo any alternate solution to install ISPconfig?
