Hi, There are so many tut's online that are all different. Different squid confs and differnent IPtables conf. All I would like to know how to do is setup a machine with 2 lan interfaces. eth0(WAN) and eth1(LAN) and setup transparent proxy on eth1 to work in such an environment. What Ive found confuses matters is the iptables commands to setup NAT and force all traffic through the proxy server. It just doesnt work and you check the logs and see the proxy is servicing no requests. So Herr Timme, please make a howto! Peon
