fast-cgi php config ".user.ini" ?

    Hello,

    for per directory php config with fast-cgi, is it searching for the file named .user.ini per directory?

    meaning i can have 1 .user.ini in /web/ and another different in /web/other?

    and how much time before server read change in the files?
