hylafax is a great fax server but I think what we are looking for is a fax gateway. the TPC Project www.tpc.int might be what you are looking for but for some reason may is not coming up for me. I do know that for it to work you have to be sending to an area where somebody is running a hylafax server/gateway that supports it.
