Fedora Core 4 - "localhost login" issues

First of all, I am a newbie when it come to linux!
i have followed the stept ( exactly as it says on "The Perfect Setup - HOW TO" ), i did specify a root password ( the only one that i could specify ). When Fedora boots, it asks me for a "localhost login" and a "password". the thing is that i don't remember during setup to have set such an account! please help me! what there is to be done here?

i did that and it workx ( thx very much ).
also it says during setup that "after the installation has been completed, create a non-root account for your general use or su ( su=? ). How do i do that?

 

You can do it with the useradd command. Run

Code:

man useradd

to find out which options you have.

 

most users of fedoracore loggin as su then password.
