Im trying to follow the perect setup for Fedora Core 5 64 bit. I cannot use the graphical install because when it gets to anaconda probing for my video card, then the install splash screen coming up it is just a white screen with a bunch of distorted blue lines. Is there any way I can use the graphical install or will I just have to use text mode? I have a EVGA Geforce 7800gt

I think the only other way is to reconpile the install with the later Nvidia driver and thats the long way round, I would do a text install followed by a #yum update nvidia reboot and you should have graphics ability.

Thanks for the response! but I went with CentOS instead. I am happy with my choice it seems much more stable for a server.
