Fixed: Letsencrypt has secured the console, but does not secure any new domains...?

Hi guys, im sure this is a simple one and i know i have had this previously... but that was years ago and i can not find the same info again.

I have a new ispconfig 3.2 install on a ubuntu server, installed with the debian\ubuntu auto installer.
I had issue getting the letsencrypt cert for the console but after doing the update to nightly it has not worked.
However i am now having an issue getting the cert for the domains i have added in the console.

i have added a new website for a different registered domain on the console since getting the console cert and this also has failed add the cert.

Surely there is something super simple i have missed.

1. When your server is behind a NAT router so that the server itself can not reach the hosted domains, then enable the option "Skip Letsencrypt check" under System -> Server config -> server1.example.com -> Web.
