Force Postfix relay emails to non-standard addresses

Hi everyone and sorry for the similar post (i wrote one some day ago)

This is the problem: i have to make my Postfix server able to send emails to malformed email external recipients

The format of external recipients email addresses is similar to this:

NAME@number@domain (without the .tld)

And i need to relay to other mail server (Lotus Domino) at 192.168.1.5

When i try to send, i obtain an error like this:

I think i have to set something in canonical maps, but i don't understand what
