Does not connect to ISPConfig. Am able to connect to phpmyadmin and squirrelmail. This was a fresh install on a fresh re-image of an established dedicated testing server (not a propagation issue). I followed the tutorial verbatim with only the following errors near the end, before the install of ISPConfig: Here's the requisite test report:
Which exact error do you get when you open: https://1.2.3.4:8080 in your browser? Replace 1.2.3.4 with the IP address of your server. Regarding the install error, this error is caused by a wrong hostname. Please edit /etc/hostname and enter the full hostname (e.g. u17514236.domain.tld) and not just u17514236. Then restart the server.
I guess that forgetting to turn off the hardware firewall makes a big difference. ISPConfig works as expected. As for the hostname issue, thanks for the heads up. All is well
