From the viewpoint of an arbitrary node sitting anywhere in a network, is it possible to infer the "freshness" of connections between a node in your subnet and peers returned from tracker requests? Currently the information we can glean from trackers is simply a list of all of the torrents it keeps track of as well as associated peers for each torrent. However this tells us nothing about when a connection was made and if it is currently running (apart from when a peer initially shows up on a tracker's peerlist).
