hi i have set ftp access for the domain i have hosted so far but when i type ftp.domain.com or ip etc it doesnt wont to know and say connection reset of something, but when accessing the web-ftp it show /web and thats it nothing else wheres the cgi-bin, root dir etc thanks paul
Does ftp.domain.com exist in DNS? Is your FTP user the site admin? Normal users cannot access the document root, cgi-bin, etc.
