Im very very new to linux systems, and still only average at networks. and i have just setup a server using this guide The Perfect Server - OpenSUSE 11.1, for some fun and learning.http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-opensuse-11.1. And everything seems fine to my knowgled. but... when connecting via ftp to my created domain/site, it will first zoom into. /srv/www/web4/web/ and when transfering a file it will jump to and put the file in /srv/www/web4/user/web4_mydomain/web ???? some conflict here?, what is the acual location of my site?.
Please make sure that you enabled the administrator checkbox for the user that you use to upload the files.
D´oh... Thanks. yes that solved it.. i had already tried that, but guess i i tested it too fast, so that the server didnt have time to adjust.
