hi again, with filezilla and winscp same thing happened. clients can't retrieve directory. directory is set to client0:web15 I dig some logs and found this; it seems like someting block retrieve directory?
This is usually that you need to set a passive port range, or that it is blocked in a firewall or needs forwarded in NAT. See here.
