ftp error

Hi,
I have a problem accessing over ftp, I can login in but I can not see the directory tree related to the website.
Error message from Filezilla:

in this mode I can now log in... but I do not see the directory where the site is located, the document root (in isp config) is:
/Var/www/clients/client0/web2
but in ftp access I see the "/var" directory but inside it only the dir "run"
Why ? I can not understand !
