This is only happening on my FTP Account/Site as far as I can tell it only seems to do this when uploading multiple files (in a queue) Any Ideas?
Does anyone have any idea about this? I have also tried to create a new admin account on that website, and that still didn't work! I am fresh out of idea's
Hsve you tried active and passive transfers in your FTP client? Does it work when you transfer only one file at a time?

How did you create the folders in /var/www/web9/web? Try to use FTP and log in with the admin user of that web site (e.g. web9_ian), and the folders will automatically have the correct owner and group.
Ok I'm having these problems too. I have 2 sites, in one of them I can have full access through the webftp and ftp clients and in the other I can only access but not upload.
