Hi .... I'm very much a newby so this is a steep learing curve. ISPconfig was installed using the Auto install with default settings. I have not made any changes EG Firewall. I have set up a website and can access the default page: oakhurstadmin.gq . I now want to ftp to the site using Filezilla. I am getting error message: "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers John
Which tutorial did you use to set up your server? Most likely you have a firewall outside of the server which has the FTP port and the FTP passive port range closed. also take care that you use FTP or FTPS and not SFTP in FileZilla, as SFTP is not FTP, its SSH.
