Ftp not working with ispconfig

    Hi so I have just installed ispconfig all seems good but ftp is not working I did manged to get it to work running the following commands

    echo 'yes' > /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/DontResolve
    etc/init.d/pure-ftpd-mysql restart

    But when I add the firewall it dose not work I have the fellowing ports open what else am I missing

    TCP Ports

    20,21,22,25,53,80,110,143,443,3306,8080,10000,40110:40210

    UDP ports

    53,3306

    You have to configure the passive port range in a pure-ftpd config file as well as in the firewall.

    Guessing i have to nano into this and where do I place it and what are the passive port range numbers ? I am still new to learning a few things
