FTP Problems

    heres the problemim getting:

     /etc/init.d/proftpd restart
Shutting down proftpd:                                     [FAILED]

    neptune.crystal-host.co.uk does not exist as a DNS record. You should create a DNS record for it; until then you can put neptune.crystal-host.co.uk into /etc/hosts. That will solve the problem.
