FTP Pure-ftpd Multiple Listening Ports

    I need to configure PureFtpD (pure-ftpd-mysql) to listen multiple ports (e.g. 21 and 31). I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 + IspConfig 3.1.
    How can I do it?
    I tried to create Bind file at /etc/pure-ftpd/conf, but it didn't work.
