Have a lot of trouble with the FTP server (pureFTPD). It is showing offline in the Monitor tab and users are refused permission when trying to connect. My Installation is on a Rackspace cloud server, Ubuntu 13.04 with ISPConfig 3. I ran through these excellent instructions with no errors (once i had installed the virtual server extensions). Have searched for a solution but haven't come across anything that helps and i am left wondering whether i have missed anything! Any assistance appreciated.
