FTP user directories

    Is it possible to configure the FTP user to open the /web directory when connecting?
    Users get confused when transferring files or try to delete directories.

    I saw that you can change the directory through the ISP but I would like it to stay fixed in the creation inside the / web directory

    Have you tried setting the Directory in FTP user Options tab?

    Yes, I did it. It worked.

    But I was wondering if there is any way to automatically create in the / web directory for all users

    You could set that as default in the database so all created users have /web as directory on creating
