FTP user

    hi all, please can you help me.
    Im create FTP user for wep page.
    But this user can not sign to FTP.

    After the PASV Command from the client the server answers with a IP and Port to the client. It seems like that these ports are not connectable. Is this system a locally hosted system or behind some kind of NAT?
    Did you make sure that you allowed the passive port range for FTP in die ISPConfig firewall settings for the server? You can check with the help of this guide: https://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig-autoinstall-debian-ubuntu/#-setting-up-the-firewall
