ftp users are not directed to the right webroot index.html

ISPC is creating 2 webdirectorys with index.html

One is placed here

Code:

sarge01:/home/www/web2/web/index.html

and is the rootdirectory from ftp users.

The second one is placed here

Code:

sarge01:/home/www/www.server-konzept.xyz/web/index.html

and this is the webdirectory.

What for are this 2 html files?
Why the ftp users are not directed to the webroot?

They are chrooted to their homedirs. Only the site admin can access all folders and also the web root.
